Customer owned equipment must be tested and untangled prior to scheduled installation date. Installation area needs to be free of clutter and vehicles so Solid Services personnel can safely complete your install or removal. Any delays resulting from customers may result in additional fees. We can not repair or modify customer owned equipment. 

All packages where we provide the equipment are on a lease basis and we retain ownership of all of our equipment unless we specifically agreed to sell a particular item or set.

We have the exclusive rights to repair and remove our equipment. No modifications or repairs to equipment provided by Solid Services are authorized. We will handle all repairs and modifications to our equipment at no additional expense unless the damage was caused by the customer or persons authorized by the customer. This includes landscapers, roofers, and any other persons authorized to be on the property.
